Lend a Helping Hand
Amani Children's Home provides caring and holistic support to 147 children who have turned to us for hope. When you become a Helping Hand by giving monthly to Amani, you make it possible for us to reach out to homeless children in a sustainable way and give them a future filled with hope. You are transforming the life of a child.
$9 per month (£5) — Zebra Helping Hand
The difference you make: $9 per month provides continuing medical care for two children or it feeds one child.
What you receive: A copy of our quarterly newsletter and, twice per year, a photograph of and drawing by an Amani child.
$29 per month (£16) — Giraffe Helping Hand
The difference you make: $29 per month provides full care for one child. This includes food, clothing, elementary school education, medicine and counseling needs.
What you receive: A copy of our quarterly newsletter, monthly email updates on the children at Amani and, twice per year, and a photograph of and drawing by an Amani child.
$49 per month (£27) — Rhino Helping Hand
The difference you make: $49 per month pays for full care for one child plus high school expenses for one of our older children.
What you receive: A copy of the quarterly newsletter, monthly email updates on the children at Amani, a photograph of and drawing by one of the children twice per year, and, once per year, a personal thank you from our director.
$99+ per month (£55+) — Lion Helping Hand
The difference you make: $99 or more per month pays for full care for two children in addition to supporting our reunification program, which finds home-based care for street-kids in loving families.
What you receive: An Amani T-shirt, a copy of the quarterly newsletter, monthly email updates on the children at Amani, a photograph of and drawing by one of the children twice per year, and, once per year, a personal thank you from our director.
It's Easy to Become a Helping Hand
Now with direct debit and online giving options, becoming a Helping Hand is easy. Once you have arranged your Helping Hands donation, please email us at info@amanikids.org to let us know.
From the US or Canada
You can establish direct debit from your checking account to Amani's account with Peace House Foundation. Peace House Foundation transfers 100% of donations received to Amani and the donations are tax deductible in the US. All you have to do is send a cancelled check to the address below:

From the UK
You can establish a standing order from your chequing account to Amani's account with Friends of Amani (UK), a registered British charity. Donations are tax-free and eligible for Gift Aid. Friends of Amani (UK) transfers 100% of donations received to Amani Children's Home. The account details are:
