
FUNDRAISING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR – Moshi (Full-time, On-site)
The Fundraising and Communications Coordinator will lead Amani’s efforts in raising visibility, engaging donors, and strengthening community support through effective communications and fundraising campaigns. Based in Moshi, this role requires a creative and strategic communicator with strong skills in storytelling, digital media, and donor relations. The coordinator will oversee content creation, media engagement, and events while managing campaigns that inspire support for Amani’s mission of rescuing, educating, and reintegrating street-connected children. The position demands excellent writing, interpersonal, and organisational skills, alongside a deep commitment to ensuring that Amani’s impact is clearly shared with local and international audiences.

RESOURCE MOBILIZATION MANAGER – REMOTE
The Resource Mobilisation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Amani’s financial growth and sustainability by leading international fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and securing diverse funding streams. This position requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in grant writing, proposal development, and donor engagement. Working remotely, the manager will collaborate closely with Amani’s leadership and programme teams to align fundraising strategies with the organisation’s mission of rescuing, educating, and reintegrating street-connected children. The role demands excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a deep commitment to Amani’s vision of providing every child with safety, care, and opportunity.

It’s time to Lace Up for Amani in the 2025 NYC Half Marathon!
Join us on Sunday, March 16, for this iconic event through Brooklyn and Manhattan. Run 13.1 miles and raise awareness and funds for the kids of Amani Children's Home in Tanzania.
In exchange for guaranteed entry into the event, each participant must fundraise a minimum of $2,000. Amani's team will provide you with a personal fundraising webpage plus tips, sample emails, and more.
